Handyman and property services, temporary workforce fulfillment, and event staffing - flexible, on-demand support for homes, businesses, and events.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field staff across handyman, property, and workforce assignments
• Ensure work is completed to Wolffe Services' quality standards
• Serve as an on-site point of contact for clients and staff
• Report on job progress and resolve on-site issues

Basic Qualifications

• Prior experience supervising field or trade staff
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel between job sites across New York City

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in property maintenance, construction, or facilities
• Experience managing a mobile or on-demand workforce
