This Privacy Policy describes how Wolffe Corporation (“Wolffe,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with this website and any other website, subdomain, application, or digital platform now or hereafter owned, operated, or controlled by Wolffe Corporation or its affiliates and affiliated brands (collectively, the “Website”).

This Privacy Policy also covers information you submit to us, or share with us, through third-party platforms - such as our official profiles and accounts on social media, business listing, review, directory, messaging, and other third-party services, forms hosted on third-party platforms, and our advertising campaigns on those platforms - once that information is received by Wolffe.

In this Privacy Policy, “personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with an identified or identifiable individual.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service, which govern your use of the Website.

a. Information You Provide Directly. When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, company name, and the contents of your message. Before submitting, you confirm that you agree to our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, and we keep a record of that confirmation with your submission. Submissions are processed through a third-party form processing service and are used to respond to your inquiry and route it to the right team.

b. Other Client Information. If you become a client or engage Wolffe, we may collect additional information in the course of that relationship - through our client intake form, email, phone, meetings, contracts, invoicing, or other business correspondence - such as contact, billing, project, scheduling, and account details. This information is collected directly from you or your organization and is used to deliver, manage, and bill for the services you’ve engaged us for, to maintain our relationship with you, and to tell you about other Wolffe offerings and services that may be relevant to you. You can ask us to stop contacting you about other offerings and services at any time. We do not sell this information.

c. Information Submitted Through Third-Party Platforms. When you contact or interact with Wolffe through a third-party platform - for example, by messaging, commenting on, tagging, or following our official accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, or YouTube; by contacting us, leaving a review, or asking a question through our Google Business Profile or another business listing, review, or directory site; by completing a form hosted on a third-party platform, such as a lead, contact, sign-up, survey, or scheduling form; by responding to or submitting information through one of our advertising campaigns on a third-party platform, such as a lead generation ad; or by submitting an inquiry through any other platform we use - we may receive the information you choose to share, along with information the platform makes available to us, such as your name, username, profile photo, contact details, company or job title, your form responses, and the contents of your message, comment, or review. The platform itself collects and processes your information under its own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control; this Privacy Policy governs how Wolffe handles the information once we receive it. Content you post publicly on a third-party platform, such as a public review or comment, remains visible on that platform according to its own settings and policies.

d. Information Collected Automatically. When you visit the Website or submit a form, our hosting provider and our own systems automatically process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit. This information appears in server and security logs and is used to deliver the Website, keep it secure, and prevent abuse, such as limiting repeated form submissions. It is not used to build a profile of you or for advertising.

e. Search Performance Data (Google Search Console). We use Google Search Console to monitor how the Website performs in Google Search results. Search Console provides us with aggregate data such as the number of times the Website appears in search results (impressions), the number of times a search result is clicked (click counts), average search ranking position, and the search terms used to find the Website. This data reflects interactions with Google Search itself, is aggregated across all visitors, and is not associated with or traceable to any specific, identifiable individual. Search Console does not place tracking cookies on your device through the Website.

We use the information described above to: respond to inquiries submitted through the Website or through third-party platforms, including forms and advertising campaigns on those platforms; deliver, manage, and bill for services provided to our clients, maintain those client relationships, and share other Wolffe offerings and services relevant to them; where you have explicitly agreed to receive them, send you marketing communications about Wolffe’s offerings, services, news, and events; contact you to build and maintain our relationship with you through messages that are neither about a service nor marketing, such as check-ins, greetings, or requests for feedback; operate, maintain, and improve the Website and its content; understand, in aggregate, how the Website performs in Google Search so we can improve visibility, navigation, and content; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use it for targeted advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable law. We may disclose personal information to: service providers who process data on our behalf (such as form processing for contact form submissions and aggregate search performance data), each governed by its own privacy practices; third-party services and tools we use specifically to deliver our services and run our operations - such as scheduling, communication, project management, file sharing, payment, invoicing, and accounting - only to the extent needed for those purposes and not for their own marketing; our affiliates and affiliated brands referenced above, when necessary to route or respond to an inquiry; a successor or acquirer in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business or assets, subject to this Privacy Policy; and third parties where required by law or legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Wolffe, our users, or others.

The Website does not use cookies or client-side tracking scripts to monitor individual visitor behavior. The search performance data described above is collected by Google through your interactions with Google Search results, not through cookies placed on the Website. If we adopt additional analytics or tracking tools in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to support core infrastructure functions such as security, bot and fraud mitigation, and reliable delivery of the Website. These cookies are technical in nature, are not used to track your behavior across other websites, and do not require consent under applicable law because they are necessary for the Website to operate securely.

We also use one strictly necessary authentication cookie to maintain a signed-in session on a password-protected internal tool used by our team. This cookie only stores a signed, time-limited access token - it does not contain your password, is not used for tracking or analytics, and does not identify individual visitors to the public Website. It expires automatically and can be cleared at any time by logging out of that tool.

Some pages also use your browser’s local storage to remember things on your own device for your convenience: the filters you choose on the careers page, the jobs you’ve recently viewed, and an unsent draft of the contact form so you don’t lose what you've typed. This information stays in your browser - it is never sent to us, is not used for tracking or analytics, and the contact form draft is cleared once you send it. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

Because the Website does not track visitors across websites over time, it does not change its behavior in response to “Do Not Track” browser signals. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no sale or sharing for a Global Privacy Control or similar opt-out preference signal to stop; we will honor such signals as required by applicable law.

Wolffe may retain any information you provide to us - through the Website, by email or phone, in the course of a client relationship, or through a third-party platform, including forms and advertising campaigns on those platforms. Because Wolffe works to build lasting relationships with its clients and contacts, this information is kept on an ongoing basis to maintain that relationship, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, maintain our business records, and comply with our legal obligations - it is not routinely deleted or anonymized.

Wolffe may also retain information and content you post publicly, such as reviews, comments, mentions, or tags about or directed to Wolffe, including records or copies of it, even if it is later edited or removed from the platform where it was posted.

Retention is subject to applicable law, and you may request deletion of personal information we hold about you as described in Section 10.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information submitted through the Website. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and any applicable authorities as required by law.

The Website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of sixteen (16). If we become aware that we have collected personal information from someone under 16, we will delete it.

Individuals aged 16 and 17 may provide personal information to us. We process that information only as necessary to respond to their inquiry or provide what they have requested, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law, including with any consent that law requires. We do not sell it or use it for targeted advertising.

A parent or legal guardian, or the individual themselves, may request that we delete personal information we hold about someone under 18 by contacting us using the information below. After verifying the request, we will delete that information, except where we are required to retain it by law.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we are not responsible for, the privacy practices of any third party, including the platforms on which Wolffe maintains official accounts or listings; information you submit to Wolffe through those platforms is handled as described in Section 2(c). We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

a. Marketing Communications. Apart from sharing related offerings and services with existing clients as described in Section 2(b), Wolffe uses your personal information for marketing only when you have explicitly agreed to it. You may withdraw that agreement at any time by using the unsubscribe option in any marketing message or by contacting us using the information below. We may still send you non-marketing communications related to an inquiry or services you have engaged us for, as well as the relationship messages described in Section 3.

b. Your Privacy Rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: request access to, or a copy of, the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate personal information; request deletion of your personal information; obtain your personal information in a portable format; and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. As described in Section 4, we do not sell or share personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

c. Exercising Your Rights. To make a request, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf where applicable law permits, and we may require proof of that authorization. If we decline your request, you may appeal our decision by replying to our response, and we will respond to your appeal within the time required by applicable law. We may decline or limit a request where permitted by law, such as where we are required to retain information.

d. Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

e. Search Performance Data. Because our search performance data is collected and aggregated by Google across all visitors and is not tied to an identifiable individual, we are generally unable to identify or isolate a specific person’s data within it.

The Website is operated from the United States. If you access the Website from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date, and if we make material changes we may provide additional notice as required by law.
