Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing talent for Wolffe Services' workforce and event fulfillment needs
• Maintain relationships with a reliable pool of available workers
• Match talent to assignments based on skill and availability
• Support onboarding for new workforce placements

Basic Qualifications

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable coordinating a high volume of placements
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff and clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce coordination
• Familiarity with event or hospitality staffing
